Would you like to hit the ball farther, gain more distance? Of course, you do! It’s essential for junior golfers to start with a good foundation of strength, stability and endurance. Our new Speed Series was created for you to improve your clubhead speed and gain distance. Each student will be provided with a variety exercises and physical movements which will help increase: • Clubhead speed • Power • Explosiveness • Efficiency in their golf swing. Drills will focus on improving: • Mobility • Stability • Footwork • Balance • Increasing Power • Endurance Regardless of your skill level, increased physical and mental performance will lead to increased golf performance on the course.
