General Simulator Policies and Procedures

Our simulator bays can accommodate up to 4 players at a time. If you have a group larger than 4, please get in touch with our facility to book side-by-side simulators for a better experience. All clubs must be clean, and golf balls must be free of sharpie markings to protect and keep our screens clean. We do have a club cleaning station for your convenience. Used golf balls are available upon request, or you can purchase Titleist RCT (Radar Capture Technology) specialty-designed radar balls. Plastic Birtee tees will be provided for safety purposes. No pointed tees will be permitted at any time for safety reasons. Rubber cleats are permitted, but please ensure your shoes are clean and all trash is thrown away before departure. No metal spikes are allowed. 

When renting a simulator, your card will be charged when booking. The fitness floor and equipment are reserved for coaching sessions only. Reservations must be made in advance. Finally, please remember that up to five minutes per hour of booked time will be reserved for simulator setup and maintenance.
