The Evaluation is structured to measure Motor control, Mobility, Stability, Flexibility, Strength and develop a deep understanding of how physical limitations affect the way you move. Step 2: Results and Trends After completing the TPI Evaluation, our coach will discuss all gathered information while structuring based on priority. This information, combined with your goals, will create your road map for success. Step 3: Improve Your journey to better movement begins here! We will cover Everything you need to MOVE Better, FEEL GREAT and Play Your Best! We offer 50-minute sessions throughout the day, every day.
