There will be a 10% refund fee to cover fees associated with credit card processing. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where the customer fails to cancel the reservation and does not arrive, the customer will be charged the full amount for the reserved time slot. It is important to receive a confirmation of cancellation from our team to ensure that the cancellation has been successfully processed. Exceptions: There may be exceptions to the cancellation policy under certain circumstances, such as emergencies or unavoidable situations.
