To ensure optimal availability and fairness to all our customers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy specifically for golf simulator reservations. Please take a moment to review the details of our policy below: Cancellation Period: Customers are allowed to cancel their golf simulator reservation if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. There will be a 10% refund fee to cover fees associated with credit card processing. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where the customer fails to cancel the reservation and does not arrive, the customer will be charged the full amount for the reserved time slot. Cancellation Methods: Customers can cancel their golf simulator reservation by contacting Baseline Social via phone (732)430-2425. It is important to receive a confirmation of cancellation from our team to ensure that the cancellation has been successfully processed. Exceptions: There may be exceptions to the cancellation policy under certain circumstances, such as emergencies or unavoidable situations. Our establishment reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee at its discretion in such cases. However, proper documentation or evidence may be required to support the exception request.
