Cancellation Policy All rental fees are the responsibility of the person who booked the reservation. ONLY CREDITS will be issued, NO REFUNDS: What is your cancellation policy? We require at least 12 hours notice for a full credit back to your USchedule Account. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. How do I cancel a Tee Time? Simply cancel on your USchedule account, or contact us at 201.825.2036 and a team member can assist you. What happens if I am late? If you are late for your reservation, your session time will be shortened, as we need to honor the next booking. Refunds will not be provided for unused time. What happens in case of bad weather? In the event of severe weather that prevents you from arriving, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at our discretion.
