Cancellation Policy Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows on all lessons, fittings, and bookings are subject to a cancellation fee or no-show charge up to the total cost of the service. Exceptions to this cancellation policy may be granted at the sole discretion of the Company. No-Show Policy - Clients who fail to appear for scheduled lessons without proper notice will be subject to a no-show charge up to the full cost of the service at the Company's discretion - Online reservation privileges may be revoked for repeated no-shows Weather & Facility Closure Policy Changes to scheduling or locations due to weather or other circumstances are at the discretion of the Company. Lessons moved indoors are still subject to the original booking and cancellation policies. Additional modifications to the schedule are at the discretion of the Company.
