Howdy! I am Lucas, I just moved here from Nebraska back in March of 2024, and I am the Assistant Golf Pro here at Carson Valley Golf Course. Like many of you, I began golfing as a kid with my dad and big brother. I would just take a club from my dad’s bag and hack it along and run to the next shot until I was on the green. I kept practicing and playing and in high school joined the golf team. After high school, I stopped golfing for a few years but got back into it when a friend asked me to sub for his partner in their league. Ever since then, I’ve been obsessed! A couple of years ago I decided I wanted to make a career out of golf, and earlier this year I moved here to Nevada to pursue that dream. I want to share my love of golf with everyone and I am available for lessons. I am in the PGA program and my goal is to become a Class A PGA Golf Professional in the next couple of years. I look forward to meeting you on the course.
