Here's what the class will cover:
Kitchen Safety: Understanding how to work safely in the kitchen to prevent accidents.
Kitchen Equipment: Introduction to basic kitchen tools and how to use them.
Knife Skills: Learning safe knife handling and cutting techniques.
Preparing Appetizers & Soups: Mastering the art of creating simple and delicious starters.
Proteins: Exploring how to prepare meats, poultry, and other protein-rich foods.
Desserts: Crafting sweet treats to finish off any meal.
Classes will be held weekly, starting on either Monday (Ages 9-12) or Tuesday (Ages 13-17), from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m., beginning January 20st or January 21nd.
On the the last class of each session we welcome two family members to enjoy a dining experience like no other, crafted and presented by their talented junior chef!
It's a perfect opportunity for your child to gain hands-on cooking experience in a structured and supportive setting!
