Lessons and Bay Reservations: • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time will receive a full refund or credit toward a future booking. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable. • If you book an appointment and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged for the bay reservation.
