Take a break from the rush of everyday life and join us for a unique outdoor yoga experience at the Collindale Golf Academy. Led by the wonderful Joy Childress, an experienced yoga instructor with a passion for holistic wellness, each session is designed to help you breathe deeply, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself in a beautiful open-air setting. Joy brings a calming energy and a wealth of knowledge in yoga, meditation, sound healing, and wellness practices that leave participants feeling refreshed and renewed. All you need is your mat, a water bottle and some sunglasses! After class, stay and enjoy complimentary range balls—because sometimes the best way to release lingering stress is to hit it 150 yards down the fairway. PGA Professional Earl Gerlach will also be available for golf tips and questions. Whether you're an experienced yogi, a curious beginner, or simply looking for a peaceful way to spend time outdoors, we'd love to have you join us. Classes are on Sundays from 8:00am-10:00am!
