Life happens, and we get it. Here's how it works: Lessons, clinics & private sessions - Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session. - Same-day cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session. Monthly coaching programs - To cancel a monthly program, let us know at least 3 days before the next session/month begins. Refunds - Lesson packages and prepaid lessons are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled. Weather - If it's unsafe or too wet outdoors, we move your session to the studio or reschedule it, and we'll text or email you before start time. Questions? Just reply to your confirmation email.
