The Dan Sutton School of Golf offers several Golf Fitness Packages. Are you looking for more strength and flexibility or are you searching for more speed and distance for you game this season? Dan is a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Instructor and he follows the TPI philosophy of the Swing/Body connection. Coach Dan assess each student in 12 physical attributes. If he finds a specific area of your body that shows a weakness or if you have certain limitations, he will get you started on a physical fitness routine to help your body move better.
Dan uses a combination of Titleist Performance Institute exercises, Speedsticks training aides, Golf Forever training exercises, Yoga and his personal expertise to set you on a path to improvement. To control the golf ball, you have to control your body and the only way to improve your body, is through a structured Golf Fitness program.
