Delco Turf and Pickle offers 90-minute lessons with packages ranging from 3, 4 or 5 sessions. Lesson packages can be tailored to your schedule and can occur over the course of 1 to 5 weeks. Foundational elements such as serving, returning serve, keeping score, understanding the rules, dinking, volleys and ball control will all be covered. Participants will also learn basic shot techniques and court positioning. The clinic is divided into segments, with each session building on the previous one. By the end of the lessons, students will become confident players, ready to play independently outside of class. Intermediate- The Intermediate Pickleball Clinic will take a deeper dive into foundational skills covered in the Beginner course. Essential skills like the serve, game strategy, rules, and scoring will all be reinforced. Intermediate sessions will focus on kitchen techniques, finesse shots, backhand and forehand drives, and transitioning from offense to defense. Students will refine their dinking and volleying skills, along with gaining a comprehensive understanding of court positioning and rotations. Intermediate sessions will have a greater focus on match play. Advanced- The Advanced Pickleball Clinic will focus on more complex elements of the game such as strategy, high-level tactics, techniques, game specific drills, and provide extensive time for match play. Drilling and repetition of skills will help advanced players take their game to the next level. This clinic is designed for players who are looking to play in highly competitive games, compete in open play and leagues formats.
