Thank you for reserving your time with us. In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we reserve that time just for you. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clientele. When clients are unable to make their scheduled appointments, we are unable to best service our customers waiting for that spot. Our cancellation policy is much more flexible than the industry standard of 24 hours and enables us to be able to best serve all of our customers. Cancellation Policy: For individual appointments, we respectfully request 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellation Fee: We charge 50% of the services booked. This will only be charged to customers who repeatedly miss their appointments or fail to give us cancellation notice for multiple hour appointments. Credit Card Hold: For customers who have missed two or more appointments without notifying the Palm Desert Golf Academy (no show) or who are continually unable to adhere to our 8 hour cancellation policy, we will require a credit card to hold future appointments. A cancellation fee might be charged. Groups (more than 2 people scheduled together) or Golf Schools: Due to the nature of these services, we require 72 hour notice to change or cancel your appointment(s). A credit card or valid gift card number is required to hold your spot. The card will not be charged at the time of booking. A cancellation fee might be charged if clients fail to give us proper cancellation notice or are a no show. Signature Golf School Cancelation Policy: Golf School packages do not include transportation, Lodging, alcoholic beverages, or gratuities. Although gratuities are left to guests’ discretion, it’s customary to tip staff between 10 to 20 percent of the total cost of their school before their departure or on the last day of their trip. We require a non-refundable $500 pp. deposit to confirm your Signature Golf School at the time of booking. Deposits may be used to reschedule outside of 30 days, but it is not refundable. No refunds for unused services, early/unforeseen departures, cancellation by a guest for any reason, or airline problems that may arise. The balance for your trip will be due 30 days prior your arrival. We accept payment by credit card. Cancelation/Reduction Policy: Our PGA Professionals are dedicated to ensuring you enjoy your Signature Golf School experience so their schedules have been reserved specifically for your program: o Any cancelation 29 days in advance or less will not be refunded unless we can fill your school with other students
