**BOOKING POLICIES**

- BEFORE BOOKING your bowling or simulator experience, you MUST create a USchedules account. This helps us provide the best customer experience possible. Once your account is created, you may then book and pay.  Dates and times are only available up to 7 days out. Please note that the USchedules 'Wait List' is not used in-house. We DO NOT take guests down on the waitlist for bowling until they have arrived and are present in the building. To secure a Bowling Lane or the Golf Simulator please use the blue 'Book Rental' button.

- PARTY SIZE - If you are booking for more than one person, please DO NOT leave the 'party size' field/prompt at 1. Providing us with an accurate party size is crucial in enabling us to provide you and all of our guests with the quality service that you deserve. Please note that maximum occupancy is determined by the number of guests that may be present at a lane (even if they are not bowling). For example, a party of 6 bowlers and 3 non-bowlers is a party of 9, NOT a party of 6. 

- DECORATIONS - Balloons and other decorations are permitted but MUST be tied down, HOWEVER, DRSM does NOT permit any glitter, confetti or open flame.

- BOWLING WITH FRIENDS - If you will be bowling with another party that has booked under a different name, please specify so using the 'Add a Note' button. While we welcome you to select your preferred lane, maintenance issues can arise at any moment and we may need to move bookings accordingly to make accommodations for you and all of our guests.
