All simulator rentals must be cancelled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. Cancellations within twenty-four (24) hours will result in a full charge to your credit card on file, or a full deduction from your series. No-shows will also be charged the full amount. You can cancel your appointment online or via phone (907-262-1849). Please arrive 5 minutes before your start time. Any time lapsed past your reservation start time is non-refundable. The Duck Inn reserves the right to release reservations after their 15-minute start time has passed, to another client, without a refund.
