Cancellation Policy (Private Lessons): Customer may notify the Academy of cancellation 24 hours before booked lesson to avoid penalty. Lessons cancelled within 24 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 per 30-minute lesson in order to reschedule the lesson. Customers may lose their lesson if they fail to attend the scheduled lesson and do not pay the cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy (Group Classes): Customer may unregister from a group class 72 hours before first group class meeting. Cancelling within 72 hours of first group class meeting will result in an Academy credit for a future class. No cancellations are accepted once the group class has started. If the customer misses a single class, they may attend a supervised practice at 3 PM on Wednesday or Sunday.
