REGISTRATION OPENS MONDAY 12/1 AT 10 AM. Join us for a festive day at East Potomac Golf Links for our Fifth Annual Toys Fore Tots Tournament! 'Tis the season of giving, so as part of the tournament entry, we ask all participants to please bring a new, unwrapped toy to benefit a local organization. Get your favorite foursome together and show off your holiday spirit! When: Saturday, December 13 | 10 AM Shotgun | 9 AM Check-in, Breakfast, & Toy Collection Where: East Potomac Golf Links | 972 Ohio Dr. SW Washington, DC 20024 Format: 4-person Scramble | 18 holes on the Blue Course Price: $94 per person | Includes: Golf, carts, prize fund, welcome beverage, breakfast, drink tastings, lunch at the turn Food & Beverage Details: Complimentary breakfast burritos and a welcome beverage will be offered during check-in. We'll also be cooking up fresh grilled cheese and tomato soup to hand out as you make the turn. Complimentary drink tastings will be offered during the round. The beverage cart will also be on the course with beverages available for purchase. Stick around after the round for a brief presentation of the winning teams and contest winners. Don't forget each player needs to bring a new, unwrapped toy! Thank you! -- Sign-up as an individual, twosome, or foursome. Players will be scored in teams of 4. Please note if you would like to be paired with a specific person/group. Players who sign up together will automatically be paired together. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds will be offered up until 7 days before the tournament, unless there is an emergency. Cancellations within 7 days will receive a rain check for their registration fee. The tournament will be held rain or shine, unless communicated otherwise. If the tournament has to be rescheduled due to weather or other factors, then players will be offered a refund if they cannot attend the rescheduled date.
