These once per week small group classes are the ideal starting point to learn the basics of how your body works in the golf swing. Each session covers a different important section of the body and over the course of the month, everything progresses in order from the ground up. You will get hands on coaching and education about range of motion, body awareness and different ways you can use your body in your swing. There will be exercises that you go through as a group, but this is not meant to be a workout. You learn new things, have a good time and increase your confidence in what you can do.
