Ladies Beginner Golf Class — 6-Week Program The Ladies Beginner Golf Class is a fun, welcoming six-week program designed for women who are new to golf or looking to build a stronger foundation. Each week introduces a different part of the game, allowing students to develop their skills, understand the basics, and become more comfortable on the golf course. Week 1 — Getting Started & Full Swing Basics Get comfortable with the fundamentals of golf. Learn proper grip, posture, alignment, ball position, and the basic movements of the golf swing. We’ll also introduce common golf terminology and equipment. Week 2 — Building Your Golf Swing Build on the fundamentals from Week 1 with a focus on making solid, consistent contact. Learn how the body, arms, and club work together while developing better balance, rhythm, and confidence with irons. Week 3 — Driving & Fairway Shots Learn how to hit the longer clubs. We’ll cover driver setup, tee height, fairway woods, and hybrids. The goal is to help you understand which clubs to use and develop the confidence to get the ball moving down the fairway. Week 4 — Chipping & Pitching Develop the essential skills needed around the green. Learn the difference between a chip and a pitch, proper setup, club selection, distance control, and simple techniques that make the short game easier and more consistent. Week 5 — Putting Learn the fundamentals of putting, including setup, alignment, distance control, and green reading. We’ll introduce simple drills and games that help you develop better feel and confidence on the greens. Week 6 Course Ready and Intro to Playing Program Goal By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a better understanding of the golf swing, short game, putting, equipment, etiquette, and how to play the game. Most importantly, you’ll have the confidence to get out on the course, play golf, and have fun! No previous golf experience is necessary.
