Elevation Golf Club Cancellation Policy Reservations must be canceled or changed at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the reservation are considered late cancellations and may be subject to a $30 late cancellation fee. Any payment, booking credit, simulator time, or membership benefit associated with a late cancellation may also be forfeited. No-Shows Customers who fail to arrive for a reservation without canceling may be subject to a $30 no-show fee. Any payment, booking credit, simulator time, or membership benefit associated with the reservation may also be forfeited. Late Arrivals Reservations begin and end at the scheduled times. Arriving late does not extend the reservation. If a customer has not arrived within 25 minutes of the scheduled start time, Elevation Golf Club may consider the reservation a no-show, cancel the reservation, and make the reserved space available to another customer. If the reservation is released due to late arrival, the customer may be subject to the applicable $30 no-show fee, and any payment, booking credit, simulator time, or membership benefit used for the reservation may be forfeited. Elevation Golf Club is not required to hold a simulator bay or other reserved space beyond 25 minutes after the scheduled start time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions, suspension of booking privileges, or other action at Elevation Golf Club’s discretion.
