To ensure fairness to all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled booking time to qualify for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 8 hours in advance will only be eligible for a full refund if the bay is rebooked by another party for the same time slot on that day.
