Practice sessions are individual only, we do not have space for guests in each bay. 

Booking availability is from 2 hours to 7 days out (ie, cannot book within 2 hours of any given time, or outside of 7 days).

You can purchase as many sessions as you like each day

A no show/late cancellation fee of $20 will be charged if cancelled within 24 hrs or no show on appointment

Cancel any time prior to your monthly billing date (notification required via email). If you cancel you will have access to your membership benefits through your billing date.
