Rates & Reservations
• All rates are per bay, per hour (not per person)
• Each bay accommodates both left- and right-handed players
• Bookings can be made up to 14 days in advance
• Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
• Please respect the next group by Starting to Log out of your Trackman Account and packing up 5 minutes before your booking ends to allow for a smooth transition
Facility Access & Entry Instructions – HOW TO GET IN
• The facility entrance remains locked at all times and is accessible only to customers with an active booking
• At the time of booking, you will receive an automated welcome email and booking confirmation
• To enter, locate your confirmation email (check spam if necessary) and click the “OPEN DOOR” button
• The “OPEN DOOR” button becomes active 15 minutes prior to your tee time and remains active during your session
• The access link will remain active for 15 minutes after your booking in case you forget your belongings
• You may forward your confirmation email to guests attending your booking so they can access the entrance
Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled tee time
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be automatically refunded to the original payment method
• Reservations cannot be refunded, cancelled, or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled tee time
• To reschedule, cancel your existing booking (outside the 24-hour window) and book a new time
• Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear on your credit card statement
Alcohol & Conduct
• Alcohol is not sold, served, or permitted on the premises
• Guests are strictly prohibited from bringing or consuming alcohol inside the facility
• GolfHQ reserves the right to immediately terminate any session without refund if a guest is found in possession of alcohol
• GolfHQ also reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a guest behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate manner toward staff, other guests, or the facility
