Golfology Monthly Challenge Series Rules 

All events are skill-based TrackMan competitions hosted by Golfology. 

Players must register and pay the listed entry fee before beginning an official attempt. 

Official attempts must be completed during eligible Golfology business hours and within the published event period. 

Golfology staff may verify player identity, event setup, bay assignment, and final result. 

Players must use the same event settings selected by Golfology, including course, hole, tee, format, number of attempts, and date range. 

For Long Drive, the longest valid TrackMan-measured drive counts. 

For Closest-to-the-Pin, the closest valid TrackMan-measured shot counts. 

For Monthly Medal, the lowest official completed score counts unless otherwise stated. 

Ties may be broken by secondary TrackMan data, next-best attempt, scorecard comparison, or a playoff attempt, as determined by Golfology. 

Re-entries may be allowed if purchased before the event closes. Golfology may limit the number of entries per player. 

Prizes are awarded after the event period closes and results are reviewed. 

Prizes have no cash value unless specifically stated in writing by Golfology. 

Golfology may disqualify entries for unsafe conduct, equipment misuse, false registration information, manipulation of settings, failure to follow staff instructions, or violation of facility rules. 

Golfology may adjust, reschedule, or cancel an event due to equipment issues, system downtime, facility needs, or other operational reasons.
