Standard Reservations Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled reservation will receive a full refund or booking credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full booking amount. No-Show Policy Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without notice will be charged the full reservation amount. Rescheduling Reservations may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance and subject to availability. Weather Policy Because simulator golf is played indoors, reservations are generally not canceled due to weather conditions unless the facility is officially closed. Group Events & Private Parties Private events and large group reservations may require a non-refundable deposit. Event cancellations may require 7–14 days’ notice depending on event size. Memberships & Packages Memberships, prepaid packages, leagues, and promotional offers are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Facility Closures If the facility must close due to technical issues, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a refund, reschedule option, or account credit.
