GolfutureYYC Refund / Cancellation Policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Private/Semi-Private
The GolfutureYYC requires a minimum 24 hours notification on all private or semi private lesson cancellations. Any late cancellations or no shows will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

Group Camps/Clinics
The Golfuture YYC requires a minimum 7 days notification on all group clinic cancellations and is subject to approval for refund through the General Manager.
Each case is treated individually and all approved cancellations refunds are subject to a $25 administration fee.

In every case we encourage and except a transfer of the lesson purchase to another student or in the case where the date conflicts we recommend the enrolment be moved to another preferred date in the same program.
