Your junior will develop proficiency in fundamental movement skills like running, jumping, throwing and balance. They'll continue to develop motor and golf specific movement skills and further their strength, endurance, flexibility and coordination. Your junior will practice using a variety of fun activities that begin to incorporate other skills required to play such as strategy and tactics.
A review of the fundamental movements of a golf swing in a fun environment. There will be a reasonable balance between training (60%) and competition (40%) to foster ongoing development. This age group will experience the most significant period of skill development so technique and power will be the focus.
