We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please take note of our cancellation policy outlined below Cancellation Window- Reservations can be canceled or modified up to 4 Hours before the scheduled booking time without any cancellation fees. Late Cancellations- Cancellations made after the 4 hour window of the scheduled booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the reservation cost. No-show Policy- In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged to the credit card on file. Month to Month memberships are non refundable. In the event MEMBER would like to cancel a multi-month commitment prior to the completion of the multi-month term, MEMBER must cancel at least 10 days before their next invoice to avoid any future billings. In the event that the cancellation is within the 10 days of their next invoice, member will be billed that invoice and will have access to the membership services until the day prior to the following month’s invoice. By making a reservation or purchasing a membership at Hot 9 Golf, you agree to adhere to the terms of this cancellation policy.
