6-month minimum commitment

• Cancellations after 6 months require a 30-day notice.
• No refunds will be provided for unused time.
• 3 hours of practice time allotted per month.
• Unused time does not rollover to the next month.
• Practice time must be canceled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid losing the session credit.

Practice Reservations

• Reserve practice sessions up to 24 hours in advance

Guest Privileges

• Bring a guest up to 1x per month.

Practice Sessions

• Self-directed practice includes access to TrackMan technology and training aids.
• Respect other members' time by adhering to your reserved duration.

Facility Etiquette

• Treat the facility, equipment, and other members with respect.
• Clean up your area after practice sessions.

Cancellation of Membership

• After the 6-month commitment, provide a 30-day written notice to cancel.
