Welcome to our 8-Week Winter Clinic Series, we are so glad you have chosen us to help improve your golf game. We are dedicated to your long-term improvement and enjoyment of the game. Our goal is to give you quality instruction while providing you with a fun, productive experience. Winter Clinics run for 1.5 hours and offer students a mixture of individual instruction and practice time. Please take note of the following policies and procedures: Parking: Parking is permitted up at the Golf Academy for the duration of the Winter Golf Clinics. Please use caution when driving up to the academy, as cars will be exiting and the road is narrow. Please park in the lower level parking area in front of the range and walk up to the Academy building. Inclement Weather: Students will be notified if classes are cancelled due to inclement weather. In addition, we will also post a notice on our website. Please complete the attached contact form noting your preferred method of contact during the 8-week clinics. All classes cancelled due to weather will be made up during the scheduled program. Make up classes: Any class that is cancelled by us (for any reason) will be made up during the course of the 8-week Clinics. We will not make up any classes that are missed by students due to personal reasons, illness or travel. If you are not able to attend your clinic, day and time please let your instructor know as soon as possible. Bay Doors: Bay doors can be open for the first hour of your clinic time and only if our range is not covered in snow. The bay doors will be closed during the last half hour of your clinic in order to warm up the bay for the next attendee. When heavy snow is covering the range, you will be required to hit into the net with the bay doors down. This will ensure that we have golf balls available throughout the entire 8-week clinic. Clubs: Students will be required to bring their clubs each week, as we do not have space to store clubs. Matches Tavern: Students will receive 20% off in Matches Tavern throughout the 8-week Winter Clinic Series. A discount card will be included in your packet on your first day of clinics.
