The Langston Sunset Two-Ball League is an exciting 9-hole, 2-person team competition running for 6 weeks. This league is perfect for golfers of all skill levels, combining competitive play with a social atmosphere. Limited to 20 teams, the league kicks off each week at 5:30 PM with a shotgun start. For a one-time registration fee of $150 per team, participants will receive an entry pack, range balls, post-round food, and weekly drink specials. Please note, the registration fee does not include green fees or cart fees. Players are responsible for checking in to the pro shop before their round each week to take care of their round. The first two weeks of play will establish division placements, followed by group play in Weeks 3-5. Weekly contests include closest to the pin and skins (both team and individual). The final week features championship play to crown the league champions. Divisional play is organized as follows: women in the Non-Championship Division play from the Wake-Robin tees, men 65 and older play from the Gold tees, and men 64 and under play from the White tees. In the Championship Division, women play from the Gold tees, men 65 and older play from the White tees, and men 64 and under play from the Royal tees. Each week, participants will enjoy post-round food and exclusive drink specials, fostering a fun and friendly environment. Notes: Each player will pay $75, for a total of $150 for the team. Players who sign up together will automatically be a team. If you sign up individually, please specify in the notes section who your partner will be. There will be no refunds provided if a player misses a week. Players are expected to attend each week of league play. League play will occur at the same time and day each week unless otherwise noted. Golfers will play rain or shine, unless there is a threat of severe weather. If any week gets postponed due to weather, then the league will be extended for the amount of missed weeks.
