Once you've submitted your swing videos, you'll receive a detailed swing analysis using Onform's analytical tools with a voice-overlay explaining your areas of improvement and how it's affecting your performance. Online Lesson Membership Policies: Membership auto renew monthly. Memberships are charged on the first of each month. Memberships are auto charged on your credit card unless a written cancellation is given to mtabbert@levelupgolfacademy.com. To discontinue your membership, you must submit a cancellation email by the 28th of the previous month.
