Refund & Cancellation Policy Private & Semi-Private Lessons: At Lock Golf Academy, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best possible service, we have implemented the following refund & cancellation policy for our private and semi-private lessons. Cancellation of a lesson must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time in order to reschedule. If you fail to notify us within this time frame or are a no-show, the lesson will be considered forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we do not offer refunds for lessons or packages that are purchased. Lesson packages expire 5 years from the date of purchase and are location specific. Golf Camps and Clinics: We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To ensure that our clinics run smoothly and fairly, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your registration 14 days or more before the clinic start date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your registration less than 14 days but at least 3 days before the clinic start date, you will receive a partial refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your registration less than 3 days before the clinic start date, no refund will be issued. Please note that there will be no make-up dates for any missed camps/clinic days. However, if you are unable to attend due to a medical reason and can provide us with medical documentation, we will make up the camps/clinic days during another scheduled camp/clinic. Inclement Weather: We understand that inclement weather can interfere with our lessons and camps/clinics. If there is inclement weather, the instructor will make a determination on whether the class/lesson will be rescheduled within 1 hour of the scheduled start time. If the instructor has not notified the participants about the cancellation, the class/lesson will resume as planned.
