Each week, participants take on new challenges, post their best scores, and climb the leaderboard for a chance to win prizes and claim ultimate bragging rights.
With a mix of competitive play and social atmosphere, the Lofty’s Cup brings together golfers looking to improve their game, enjoy friendly competition, and be part of a growing golf community. Whether you're chasing the top spot or just enjoying the grind, every round counts.
At the end of each league cycle, top performers earn payouts, recognition, and the title of Lofty’s Cup Champion.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations, bookings, and memberships made with Lofty’s, LLC ("Lofty’s," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking a simulator bay, membership time, or service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Cancellation Policy
* All cancellations and rescheduling must be completed through Lofty’s approved online booking platform.
* Cancellations are not confirmed until you receive a cancellation confirmation from the system.
* Failure to properly cancel a reservation will be treated as a no-show.
2. Cancellation Window
* Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled **at least 4 hours** prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
* Cancellations made within **4 hours** of the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
* No-shows will result in forfeiture of all fees paid or applicable membership hours.
*(Timeframes may be adjusted by Lofty’s and will be reflected in the booking platform.)*
3. Membership Reservations
* Membership hours used for bookings canceled within the allowed cancellation window will be returned to the member’s account.
* Membership bookings canceled outside the cancellation window will result in loss of the reserved hours.
* Unused membership hours do not roll over to future months unless explicitly stated in writing.
4. Late Arrivals
* Reservations begin and end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival.
* Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, extensions, or rescheduling.
* Lofty’s reserves the right to release a reservation if the bay is unoccupied after **15 minutes** past the scheduled start time.
5. Emergency & Exceptional Circumstances
* Lofty’s may, at its sole discretion, issue credits or reschedule reservations for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
* Weather-related issues do not qualify for cancellations or refunds, as Lofty’s is an indoor facility.
6. Facility or Technical Issues
* If Lofty’s experiences a technical issue that prevents normal use of the simulator bay, customers may be offered a reschedule, credit, or refund at Lofty’s discretion.
* No refunds or credits will be issued for issues outside of Lofty’s control.
7. Refunds & Credits
* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
* Credits, if issued, may have expiration dates and are non-transferable.
* Promotional bookings, discounted rates, or complimentary hours are non-refundable.
8. Policy Enforcement
* Abuse of the cancellation policy may result in suspension or termination of booking privileges or membership without refund.
* Lofty’s reserves the right to refuse service for repeated violations.
9. Policy Modifications
Lofty’s reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of Lofty’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
