Service Description


Important notes:

  • Bay 1* If you're over 5'8" or have a wider swing, please consider booking a different bay as height or width may pose a challenge.
  • We have 4 simulators to offer. Bay 1 is 14 feet wide. Bay 2, 3 and 4 are 15 feet wide.
  • Book up to 5 days in advance, 21 days for members.
  • All Bays can accommodate left & right-handed players.
  • All Bays are powered by Trackman iO's.
  • Bring your own clubs as rentals are not available.
  • Bay rental fee is per bay not per player.
  • Facility can "ONLY" be accessed upon a valid reservation. Entrance is always locked.
  • Unlock the front entrance door using your Service Confirmation email. Click the "OPEN DOOR" button in the email to unlock.
  • Door access is valid 10 minutes before tee time, during your session and 10 minutes after.
  • All equipment will begin at your reserved START time.
  • Individuals under the age of 18 must be under the supervision of an adult at all times
  • As a reminder of our code of conduct and respect for other guests, please keep noise to a minimum and clean up prior to leaving. Alcohol, Vaping and Smoking is not permitted inside/outside the facility.
  • Please be advised that our facility inside and outside is under 24-hour video and audio surveillance for the safety and security of all users. This measure is in place to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated


Cancellation:

  • No cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours prior to your reserved time.
  • No cancellation or credit for tee time in the past, due to no show or booking error.
  • All cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled tee time will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. * Refund can take up to 7 business days to reflect on your credit card *
  • To reschedule, first please cancel your existing tee time and make another booking.

Although Maple Indoor Golf is a fully automated facility and open to play 24 hours, our support team is available only Monday to Sunday between 9am and 7pm at (+1 289-327-3228).
