Junior Foundations Program
Junior MS Program (Middle School Golf Development | Ages 11–14)
The Junior Foundations Program (Junior MS Program) is designed for middle school golfers ages 11–14 who are currently playing—or planning to play—middle school golf. This program provides comprehensive instruction in all areas of the game while helping players prepare for competitive school and tournament environments.
Through structured training and individualized coaching, players develop strong fundamentals in both the full swing and short game, along with the mental and strategic skills needed to compete successfully.
What Players Will Work On:
- Full swing mechanics and consistency
- Short game techniques: chipping, pitching, and specialty shots
- Putting fundamentals and performance routines
- Trouble shots and situational shot-making
- Effective practice drills and training habits
Performance & Player Development:
- Mental game preparation and confidence building
- Rules of golf and pace of play
- Tournament preparation and routines
- Basic golf fitness and movement
- Nutrition awareness for young athletes
Instruction focuses on helping players build reliable skills, strong habits, and confidence that translate directly to competition.
This program is ideal for golfers who are serious about improving, preparing for school competition, and building a strong foundation for future advancement.
Day & Time: Wednesdays, 4:30–5:30 PM
Format: 4 consecutive weekly sessions
Cost: $200 per session
Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate (Competitive Focus)
