Player Pathway PREP (PPP) Ages 7-9 YEARS Max 12 per class (2/3 coaches) After school - 40 minutes per class Wednesday or Thursday This program is a preparation program for the official U.S. Kids Golf Player Pathway Program. Once a golfer has completed all 10 levels of the prep course OR they have turned 10 years old, they will advance into the Player Pathway Program. The prep program will make sure that your golfer is ready, dedicated and responsible to move onto official testing for Achievement Pins. On day one of the prep program I will have personal pathway certificates for each golfer. The certificates will have space to earn a sticker for each achievement test they pass. On the final day all players will graduate and receive their completed certificate to take home showing all of the tests they have completed. Player Pathway Prep is a 12 week program designed to take your golfer through every aspect of the game incorporating instruction and personal achievement based testing. The PPP focuses on Putting, Around the Green, Full Swing, Knowledge and Scoring. The player advances from level to level as their skills improve (Levels 1-10). A single 12 week program would aim to take your golfer through ONE level of the PPP. Following the 12 weeks, if a player wants to continue building their pathway they can do so through enrolling in the next available PPP, private lessons or semi private lessons. The program is great for the entire family to get involved in the development of their golfer as the curriculum is very easy to follow and teaches families how and what to practice with their young golfer. The Player Pathway is a simple to follow curriculum with skills checkpoints to guide development. Each of the 10 Levels include Putting, Around the Green, Full Swing, Knowledge, and Scoring. A completion certificate provides motivation for success. 12 weeks (subject to change): Weeks 1 (intro), 2, 3 - Putting Weeks 4, 5, 6 - Around the Green Weeks 7 & 8 - Knowledge Weeks 9, 10 & 11 - Full Swing Week 12 - Final testing/ Graduation
