Classes will run at Midtown Mondays for 4 weeks. March 30th, April 6th, April 13th, April 20th 9am-10am. $40 + HST Tai Chi is a gentle, meditative exercise done to improve balance, flexibility and focus. Chris Lacey has been teaching yoga for 20+ years.
