Join Elit for a mat Pilates fusion session to build strength, improve posture, and enhance full-body mobility. The small-group format allows for individualized coaching as you move and breathe through controlled, precise exercises on the mat. Expect a blend of deep core strengthening and mindful movement that leaves you feeling aligned, strong, and energized. All levels welcomed.
