Happy holidays! Please join us for a complimentary workout. This is a dynamic, muscle-sculpting workout that blends the slow-tempo intensity of the Lagree Microformer with targeted strength training using free weights, resistance bands, med balls, and more. The small-group format allows for individualized coaching as you move through controlled, high-tension sequences that challenge your entire body. All levels welcomed.
