For just $150 per month, members receive 15 hours of simulator/bay time every month, plus an exclusive $10 per hour member rate for additional simulator time.

Easy reservation and account management through the Mountain Mulligans App
Unused monthly hours do not roll over to the following month. Additional simulator time is available at the $10 per hour member rate, subject to availability.
Birdie Members may reserve available simulator time through the Mountain Mulligans App. Members are responsible for managing their reservations and canceling reservations they cannot use.
Excessive cancellations or no-shows may result in reservation restrictions.
Members can use the Mountain Mulligans App to view availability, book and cancel reservations, and manage their account.
Members are responsible for monitoring their reservations and keeping their account information and payment method current.
All memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. The 30-day period begins when Mountain Mulligans receives your written cancellation request.
To cancel, email mullians@mshaz.com or call 480-861-2771. Include your name, membership type, and request to cancel.
Simply stopping use of the facility, deleting the app, or removing your payment method does not cancel your membership.
Mountain Mulligans will confirm receipt and processing of your cancellation. Members are responsible for confirming their cancellation has been received.
Membership fees are due and payable monthly. You remain responsible for charges during the 30-day cancellation period. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.
If a credit card payment is declined, a $50 declined-payment fee will be added to your account. The membership remains active and all outstanding balances remain due.
Past-due accounts may result in suspension of membership and reservation privileges, collection activity, and credit reporting where permitted by law.
Changing or removing a payment method does not constitute cancellation.
By maintaining a Birdie Membership, you agree to the $150 monthly membership fee, 15-hour monthly simulator allowance, $10 per hour additional bay-time rate, 30-day cancellation requirement, $50 declined-payment fee, and all Mountain Mulligans membership and reservation policies.
