Albatross Members receive unlimited simulator hours; however, to ensure fair access for all members, a maximum of 4 hours of future reservation time may be held at one time.
Once a reservation is completed, additional time may be booked based on availability. Excessive cancellations, no-shows, or attempts to circumvent the 4-hour reservation limit may result in reservation restrictions.
Members can use the Mountain Mulligans App to view availability, book and cancel reservations, and manage their account. Members are responsible for monitoring their reservations and account information.
All memberships require 30 days' written notice to cancel. The 30-day period begins when Mountain Mulligans receives your written cancellation request.
To cancel, email mullians@mshaz.com or call 480-861-2771. Include your name, membership type, and request to cancel.
Simply stopping use of the facility, deleting the app, or removing your payment method does not cancel your membership.
Mountain Mulligans will confirm receipt and processing of your cancellation. Members are responsible for confirming their cancellation has been received.
Membership fees are due and payable monthly. You remain responsible for charges during the 30-day cancellation period. No refunds or prorated credits are provided for unused time.
If a credit card payment is declined, a $50 declined-payment fee will be added to your account. The membership remains active and all outstanding balances remain due.
Past-due accounts may result in suspension of membership and reservation privileges, collection activity, and credit reporting where permitted by law.
Changing or removing a payment method does not constitute cancellation.
By maintaining an Albatross Membership, you agree to the $199 monthly fee, 30-day cancellation requirement, 4-hour reservation limit, $50 declined-payment fee, and all Mountain Mulligans membership and reservation policies.
