4-Hour Notice: We require at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Within 4 Hours: Cancellations made within 4 hours of your booking will be charged in full. No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Membership Holders: Missed sessions will be deducted from your membership package unless rescheduled with 4 hours’ notice. In the rare case of simulator technical failure or facility closure, we will reschedule your booking at no additional cost.
