Terms of Agreement

Before making a reservation, please review the following terms. By reserving a time, you acknowledge your agreement to these terms. Failure to comply may lead to the forfeiture of your reservation and potential fees.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at (763)-205-9784.

1. Party Size

• Our standard party size is 4 people. For larger groups, please contact the restaurant at (763)-205-9784 or submit a group reservation request: Group Reservations and Private Parties (spotapps.co).

2. Adult Only Hours

• ·     Simulator use is restricted to adults only (age 16+) during the hours of 7:00 PM until closing time, Monday through Saturday. Please adhere to these guidelines when planning your simulator use.

3. Age & Supervision Requirements

• We prioritize a pleasant experience for all guests. Reservations are open to individuals aged 16 and above. Children and minors (age 15 or under) must be supervised by an adult at all times.  We expect at least one (1) adult for every two (2) minors participating in simulator play.

4. Damage Coverage

• You are responsible for any damage to simulator or simulator equipment caused during your visit. All simulator equipment must remain inside the bay at all times. 

5. Injury Disclaimer

• By participating in simulator use you, assume all related risks, both known and unknown and release Rock Elm, L.L.C. and Optimal Entertainment, L.L.C. from any and all liability.

6. No-Show/Cancellation Fee

• By making a reservation, you agree to pay a $30 no-show fee if you fail to arrive or cancel within 24 hours
