The Middle School Junior Fitness class helps players' balanced athletic development by building coordination, speed, and strength in various movement patterns. Open to golfers ages 9-14, limited to 6 participants per group. The Spring 2024 semester class runs for 10 weeks between March 4, 2024, and May 19, 2024 (with no class during the spring break the week of March 25). The Spring class includes: - 10 in-person group training sessions at Edge Golf Performance - 10 at-home workouts (including instructional videos) - Daily mobility routine (including instructional videos) Two groups with different time options for in-person group training sessions: - Thursdays, 5:00-6:00 pm - Thursdays, 6:00-7:00 pm
