To ensure fair access to our facility for all members, the following cancellation policy applies:
Public Bookings – Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will be charged in full (100% of the reservation cost).
Weekender & Players Members – Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled reservation time will result in forfeiture of the booked time from their monthly allotment of hours or any additional purchased hours (100% of the reservation cost).
Founding & Unlimited Members – Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within 12 hours or no-shows will incur a penalty charge at the membership’s discounted rate (e.g. $55/hour). Evidence of abuse may lead to additional restrictions or account termination, determined on a case-by-case basis.
