Pilates & Swing is designed to help golfers improve both their body and their game. This one-hour experience begins with 30 minutes of Pilates with Andrea Silva, focusing on core strength, balance, and mobility. Participants will then transition to 30 minutes of driving instruction with Annie Brown, working on fundamentals, feel, and confidence.
