Juniors need to hit certain speed windows (developmental ages to train speed) in order to maximize their potential for speed later in life. Once those windows are closed, it is more difficult to train speed. Juniors ages 5-17 will train to increase their club head speed and improve their overall fitness using methods developed by SuperSpeed Golf and the Titleist Performance Institute.
